Dr. Rocco Paolucci, founder and principal of the Interlearning Company,
is a career educator, academic adviser, and consultant dedicated to
helping individuals become more satisfied and successful in their
career and professional lives. He has more than twenty years experience
in basic and higher education, professional development, and career advising. He has trained and mentored hundreds of individuals with a variety of
backgrounds, ranging from high school seniors, to college students
(undergraduate and graduate), to experienced working professionals.
Dr. Paolucci draws on his experience as an educator and professional
development specialist in the personalized work that he does. He uses
his expertise to guide his clients in developing insight and strategies
to achieve important personal goals, make the desired career changes and
transitions, and
reach higher levels of success and satisfaction. His approach is
practical, clear, and results-oriented. His career advising, planning,
and development background is aimed at evoking the best in his clients,
and help them
achieve their full career potential.
Dr.
Paolucci began his career as an information technology professional, working for AT&T Bell Laboratories and Bell Atlantic Corp. (now Verizon). After fifteen years in the corporate world, he changed track and became a tenured associate professor and chair of the Information Science and Technology department at Cabrini College (Radnor, PA). He has done professional development consulting work for numerous organizations,
including Georgian Court University, Rose Tree Media School District (PA), Jackson School District (NJ), and Bell Atlantic Corp. He is currently research director of the Open Learning Research Project (OLRP.org), an e-learning think-tank. Dr. Paolucci has the following degrees: Doctor of
Education in Instructional Technology from Widener University, Master
of Science in Information Science from Drexel University, Master of
Science in Applied Mathematics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute,
and Bachelor of Science with Honors in Electrical Engineering from
Drexel University.
